Our Lady of Annunciation Parish will be blessed with a visit of the international pilgrim statue of Our Lady of Fatima on Thursday, September 28, 2017.  If you would like to do some preparation for a  consecration to Our Lady that day, you may take an online course of 33 Days to Morning Glory on by going to our parish website or parish app to get the prepaid code.  You would want to begin the preparation this Sunday, August 27th to make the 33 days leading right up to Sept. 28th for your consecration. May Our Lady of Fatima bring us peace on earth and peace in our hearts!

· Silent veneration to follow each hour of rosary

5:30 p.m. Mass

· Fatima presentation by statue custodian immediately after Mass
· Prayer of Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary followed by Scapular Enrollment
· Rosary and silent veneration
· 9:00 p.m. Closing prayer and blessing



Children’s Liturgy of the Word
Children’s Liturgy of the Word is our Sunday morning program for children ages 3 to 10.   Information and Registration Forms will be available in the vestibule at all Masses the weekend of August 26/27.  The program will begin on Sunday, September 10.  Adult and youth volunteers are needed!  Please call Dr. Jane Smith at 298-9636 for more information, or to find out how you can be of service!


Adult Confirmation
For adults over the age of 18 who did not celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation as a teenager and have a desire to do so as an adult.
This 10-session program meets on Mondays from 6:30 p.m. to
8:30 p.m. in St. Bakhita Hall beginning August 28, 2017.
The Sacrament will be celebrated at the Archdiocesan Confirmation Mass on October 18, 2017. No program fee.

(Pre-K through 8th Grade) & FIRST COMMUNION

Elementary Religious Education
Grades Pre - K (minimum age 4) through 5th

Meets Wednesdays from 4:15 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.
in school classrooms. Begins Wednesday, September 13th

The NET — Middle School Religious Education
Grades 6th, 7th and 8th

Meets Sundays from 3 to 5 p.m.
in gym and school classrooms. Begins Sunday, September 17th

First Reconciliation & First Eucharist
For Baptized children in 3rd grade. No Program Fee. All participants must fill-out registration form at the Parish Office. (If not enrolled in Catholic school, children must be enrolled in the Elementary Religious Education Program as well.)

RELIGIOUS EDUCATION (Pre-K through 8th Grade) &

In the Parish Office - Monday to Friday
9 a.m. to Noon & 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Program fee for Elementary Religious Education and “The NET” Middle School Religious Education is $40 for the 1st child & $20 for each additional child in family. No program fees for Sacramental Programs. QUESTIONS? -- Call Leslie at 296-0411

Sacramental Preparation Program
For Children and Youth who are Unbaptized and/or Missing Sacraments — Ages 7 to 18

Classes to prepare for receiving missing Sacraments at the Easter Vigil Mass will be on Sundays from 3-5 p.m. beginning September 17 th

HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH MINISTRY: For all high school teens

Youth Confirmation (for 9 - 12th grade!)
Registration now open for high school youth desiring the Sacrament of Confirmation. Please pick up your registration packet in the entry of the Church, or go to:

The new season for the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults begins with an inquiry session on Tues., Aug. 22nd from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. in

First Friday of every month

The Adoration Chapel in Magdalene Hall is open 24 hours a day for Eucharistic Adoration.

We will be celebrating a monthly Spanish Mass each First Friday at the
5:30 PM evening Mass.   Please join in the singing and praying of the beautiful Spanish hymns and prayers.  There will be flyers to help follow the texts for those who are bilingual.
