Annunciation Parish

Instrumentalist / Ensemble Members

“Praise God in his holy sanctuary, praise him with flutes and strings!”

Instrumentalists add a special dimension to the musical experience of worship.  Strings, guitar, brass, and woodwinds are welcome additions to any Cantor ensemble.  If you play an instrument and would like to share your gift with the parish, please come join us!   Whether you are a young player or an experienced performer, playing regularly at our liturgies is a good way to develop or maintain your skills, not to mention the discipline of preparing music for performance on an ongoing basis.

If your schedule does not permit you to share your musical talents on a regular basis, but you are still available on an occasional basis for special liturgies and major celebrations, your musical offering would still be appreciated.  Please contact the Music Office and let us know you are out there!

Cantor Ensemble Rehearsals for each Mass are scheduled separately; please consult the Music Calendar for practice times for the Mass you are interested in.

Organists and pianists with liturgical experience are also invited to become part of Annunciation’s Music Ministry.  While we have a staff of professional church musicians, volunteers are always welcome to help out with special ceremonies that come up from time to time.  Your assistance at these times can be very valuable.

Call the Music Office for more information: (505) 298-9636.
